Jackpot: Mega Millions winner buys ticket in Baltimore Co.
Officials at two shelters in Baltimore County have an unusual problem. Within 24 hours, 18 dogs–most of them pure and puppies– were rounded up in two different locations by concerned citizens.

By Yvonne Wenger, The Baltimore Sun Somebody walked into a Baltimore County 7-Eleven Friday evening and spent $1 on a Mega Millions ticket with randomly selected numbers. It turned out to be a winner of a record-breaking $640 million jackpot.
